Defenceman Jakob Chychrun of the Sarnia Sting is a unanimous choice for the Ontario Hockey League’s All-Rookie team.
The first overall draft selection last April had 16 goals and 33 points in an injury-shortened 42-game regular season this past campaign.
Chychrun was joined on the freshman first team by Pavel Zacha.
Chychrun was also runner-up in Rookie-of-the-Year voting, an honour won by Alex DeBrinkcat of the Erie Otters.
