The Township of St. Clair is offering an additional day for residents to drop off their ballots and cast their votes for the municipal election.

Township Clerk Jeff Baranek says the Civic Centre (1155 Emily Street) will be open this Saturday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. for those interested in obtaining or casting their ballots, in addition to the traditional poll to be held election day, Oct. 24, from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.

This is the fifth consecutive election using the vote-by-mail system in St. Clair Township. Ballots must be dropped off to the Civic Centre by 8 p.m. on election day.
