Lambton College will host its 5th annual day camp for individuals with disabilities on Aug. 9, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Organized by students in the developmental services worker program, Camp2CONNECT offers a variety of accessible activities for all ages, including water balloon badminton, pool noodle javelin, flamingo golfing, face painting, arts and crafts, and other sensory activities.
The camp is free and for all ages. Participants must be accompanied by a parent, guardian or support staff, and have a signed consent form. Campers are required to bring their own lunch, drinks and snacks.
