Residents can expect an increased police presence along the St. Clair River as officers continue to search for two missing Sarnia men, Dustin Ireson and Trevor Morley-Wood.

Sarnia Police say the O.P.P Underwater Search and Recovery Unit has been called in as the waterfront search gets underway Wednesday and continues throughout the day.

“The Sarnia Police Service continues to utilize every resource available with the goal of locating these missing males,” a news release noted. “We appreciate your patience as we continue our investigations.”

Dustin Ireson, 33, was reported missing Nov. 28; his family haven’t heard from him since Nov. 13. Police say his vehicle was located Nov. 30 in the area of Harbour Road in Sarnia.

Trevor Morley, 40, was reported missing on Nov. 23 and was last seen along Sarnia’s waterfront in the early morning hours of Nov. 22.

Anyone with information should contact the Sarnia Police service.
