A player The Journal introduced you to this summer played an integral part in the Alvinston Indians capturing the St. Thomas and District Men’s Fastball League title.
Aaron Stocking stroked a two-run double, walked and scored twice to lead the Indians to an 8-4 win over St. Thomas in the deciding game last week.
Alvinston won the best-of-five final three games to one.
The Indians finished the season with an overall record of 29-3.
