Looking good in a stolen coat proved to be an unwise move for one local motorist. When Sarnia Police pulled over a vehicle for an Oct. 10 traffic stop on Lansdowne Avenue the driver was wearing a brand new leather coat.

When Sarnia Police pulled over a vehicle for an Oct. 10 traffic stop on Lansdowne Avenue the driver was wearing a brand new leather coat.

While chatting with the man, the officer noticed an ink security tag still attached to the coat, police said.

He was arrested, searched, and later charged with possession of stolen property, possession of a prohibited flick knife and two counts of drug possession.
