If you’re planning to head downtown for the next First Friday festivities forget about parking on Lochiel Street.
Lochiel between Christina and Front streets will be blocked off Feb. 7 in a test run to making the block a seasonal or permanent pedestrian mall.
Community feedback will be gathered, including impacts on businesses and traffic.
If the pilot is a success, city staff will prepare a report with recommendations for council.
