A retired police officer and a retired firefighter from Sarnia took two trailers filled with diapers and other baby supplies to Texas residents devastated by Hurricane Harvey.
Peter Kindrachuk and Kyle McKelvie reached out to friends and family last week and in a very short time managed to fill one trailer with baby supplies, Sarnia Police said.
They parked at Canatara Beach on Sept. 6 and following a brief public appeal managed to fill a second trailer that left for San Antonio, Texas.
