Twin Bridges Nurse Practitioner-Led Clinic presents a beginner level program to improve alignment, flexibility and strength. Exercises will include kneeling, seated on mat, supine and standing. **Please bring your own mat** Mondays 10:00-10:45 a.m., February 6th-27th (4 weeks).
