Northern Collegiate has won the inaugural Lambton Kent “AAA” high school boys hockey crown.
The Vikings doubled St. Pat’s 4-2 in the final last Thursday at the Clearwater Arena.
The all-Lambton final was set up last week when Northern trounced Chatham’s Ursuline College 10-3 in one semi-final, and the Irish downed the Chatham-Kent Hawks 6-1 in the other.
With the victory, Northern advanced to the SWOSSA playdowns.
