A new and free booklet is available to help anyone in Sarnia-Lambton looking for mental health resources and support.
‘No One Stands Alone’ was created by Debb Pitel, a mental health advocate and author who lost a teen son to suicide 20 years ago.
The booklet, which provides contact information, is available at more than 75 locations across Lambton County and is endorsed by several municipalities and the Central Lambton Family Health Team.
