A new general manager has been named to head three local agencies – the Sarnia-Lambton Environmental Association, Community Awareness Emergency Response and Industrial Educational Cooperative.
Vince Gagner is a Sombra resident who has studies public and occupation health and has an advanced degree in medical sciences.
He worked in the offshore oil and gas industry, was a manager in the petrochemical industry and most recently worked as a consultant.
Gagner replaces Dean Edwardson, the long-time manager and spokesperson for CAER and SLEA.
