A new online resource has been launched to help residents navigate Sarnia-Lambton’s health and social support systems.
The site agefriendlysarnialambton.ca lists more than 200 community programs and services available to help adults move through the aging process.
Age-Friendly Sarnia and Lambton Public Health have joined forces with community partners on a number of projects to help make the community more age-friendly.
