Marilyn Gladu, the first female engineer to be elected to Parliament, has received a distinction of honour from the board of Engineers Canada.

Marilyn Gladu, the first female engineer to be elected to Parliament, has received a distinction of honour from the board of Engineers Canada.

Sarnia-Lambton’ MP was named a ‘Fellow’ of the organization in recognition as of her professional accomplishments prior to enter politics.

Gladu worked with Dow Chemical, Suncor Energy and Worley Parsons internationally, across Canada and in Sarnia-Lambton.

She currently serves as the Opposition Science Critic.
