Sarnia-based MIG Engineering will mark its 60th anniversary under new ownership this year.

Owner and CEO Marty Raaymakers announced last month the firm has been sold to professional engineer Devin Johnson, a Sarnia-Lambton native and Lambton College grad who began with MIG as a co-op student in the 1990s.

The award-winning company has an illustrious local history that includes construction management of the terminal and runways at Sarnia Chris Hadfield Airport, flue gas work at the Lambton Generating Station, Telfer drain diversion and the TG Waterville auto parts plant in Petrolia.
