Mike Kerrigan, an electrician with Bluewater Power, switches out old bulbs for energy-efficient LEDs in the light standards over the Centennial Park walkway. The conversion was expected to take about a week and replace the yellowish light of the old standards with a brighter illumination that appears more like daylight.
