Lambton Lions land prep school basketball star

The Lambton Lions men’s basketball team added some firepower to its lineup last week. Kameron David is joining the Lions after making a name for himself at the Father Henry Carr prep school in the Ontario Scholastic Basketball Association.

The Lambton Lions men’s basketball team added some firepower to its lineup last week.

Kameron David is joining the Lions after making a name for himself at the Father Henry Carr prep school in the Ontario Scholastic Basketball Association.

The six-foot guard from Brampton was also a two-time all-star in Peel Region while attending David Suzuki Secondary School.

"Kam is a born leader who is willing to do whatever it takes to succeed," said Lions’ head coach James Grant.

"He has all of the tools necessary to be an instant impact player for us as a rookie this coming season.”

David will study sports and recreation management at Lambton this fall.
