Sarnia’s Kyle Jackson will play for the Iroquois Nationals when the world indoor lacrosse championships begins Sept. 19. The Iroquois men's national lacrosse team, known as the Iroquois Nationals, is one of 20 teams taking the field in Langley, B.C.

The Iroquois men's national lacrosse team, known as the Iroquois Nationals, is one of 20 teams taking the field in Langley, B.C.

They will play in the same pool as Canada, the U.S., Israel and England.

The 26-year-old Jackson is an alumnus of the Sarnia Pacers organization and was an all-star with the University of Michigan.

He is going into his fourth season in the National Lacrosse League.

The Iroquois Nationals, which represent the Iroquois Confederacy in international field lacrosse competition, are currently ranked third in the world after winning bronze at the 2018 World Lacrosse Championship.
