Impaired charge for Sarnia driver re-entering Canada

A 46-year-old Sarnia man was arrested and faces impaired driving charges after crossing the border back into Canada around 3:30 a.m. last Friday.

Lambton County OPP say they were contacted by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) after a driver, attempting to re-enter Canada was taken into custody following the administration of a roadside screening test.

He was released is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
