Tryouts for the upcoming Lambton Jr. Sting AAA hockey season will take place April 11 to April 24 at the Sarnia Sports and Entertainment Centre.
An invitation is not required and the tryouts are open to all players from within Lambton County. Others from outside the county can apply, though restrictions apply.
Players are required to register on-line in advance and obtain a permission form. The forms and times and dates of tryouts can be found at Lambton Jr. Sting AAA website calendar at http://lambtonjrsting.ca/Calendar/
The cost is $80. Any player registered on or before the first scheduled tryout date is entitled to a minimum of two skates before he or she may be released.
After that, only one tryout skate is assured.
