A groundbreaking ceremony was held Wednesday, April 1 for the next Habitat for Humanity home in Sarnia at 140 Euphemia St. North.
Fourteen teams from 22 local churches and faith organizations are taking ownership of one building day for the project, which is Habitat’s first ever ‘Faith Build.”
Seen here is the future recipient of the home, Jason Schwartzentruber, and his two children, Evy and Adam.
It's expected to be ready for occupancy in August.
