Free public wireless Internet access is now available at two of Sarnia’s arenas.
WiFi was scheduled to come online at Sarnia Arena last week, and a system at the Progressive Auto Sales Arenas has been operational for some time.
Internet access will be available at Clearwater Arena in a few weeks, City Hall said.
Meanwhile, workers were putting the finishing touches on a new parking lot at Sarnia Arena last week.
Going forward, uses will access the venerable “Brock Street Barn” through sliding door on the Wellington Street side, the city said.
To help limit the spread of COVID-19, staff at all arenas have been trained on new and faster electrostatic sprayers available for hand sanitation in heavily used areas.
