Work has resumed on the long-delayed municipal boat launch near the Sarnia Bay Marina.
Workers have sunk steel walls into Sarnia Bay and are now backfilling the area.
Council voted in October to dismiss Golder Associates for "unsatisfactory performance" on the Centennial Park remediation project and pay Bre-Ex Construction $682,000 in additional funding to complete the boat launch.
Three earlier attempts in 2016 had all failed.
