Ethan Dupont and Austin Hewton, both members of the Mooretown Flags of the Great Lakes Junior “C” Hockey League, each had an assist in the league’s 4-0 win over the Southern Ontario Junior Hockey League in the Top Prospects Game last week in Lakeshore, near Windsor.
Dupont, from Corunna and Hewton, from Point Edward, both played in the Lambton Junior Sting Midget organization last season.
Dupont, 16, played with the Minor Midgets, while Hewton, 17, was part of the Major Midget team.
