A full slate of events, art and entertainment are planned for First Friday in downtown Sarnia, Oct. 6.

The monthly cultural walkabout includes a ‘Moonlit Market’ on Cromwell St. (between Christina and Front Streets). The event, hosted by The Painted Cat and the Sarnia-Lambton Chamber of Commerce, promises to be a “mystical night market filled with magical local makers just in time for the Halloween season,” organizers say.

Meanwhile, the Refound Store on Lochiel Street will host a ‘Vintage and Vinyl’ event, being held to recognize the Judith & Norman Alix Foundation, which recently gifted $50,000 to the social enterprise store run by Rebound Sarnia-Lambton.
