City council has approved a plan to build 16 single detached homes on Sandpiper Drive, near the end of The Rapids Parkway.
The housing project began in 2012, and Beaches of Bright’s Grove Inc. is now ready to complete the third and final phase of the subdivision.
Nine of the 16 lots back onto the Howard Watson Nature Trail.
