West Lambton Community Health Centre hosts Young Parent Prenatal classes. Starts January 17th until February 7th from 2-5 p.m. at the West Lambton CHC. This is a four week program facilitated by Lambton Public Health. Learning with other young parents about labour and delivery, relationships, nutrition, caring for your baby and more!
