Yoga for Sleep – Twin Bridges NP-Led Clinic

Join us for an evening beginner-intermediate yoga session to promote better sleep. This class will use a variety of restorative poses and breathing to help reduce stress and improve the relaxation response. Participants must be able to get up and down off of the floor to participate in this class.
Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket and water.
