Twin Bridges Nurse Practitioner-Led Clinic presents a beginner-intermediate level group exercise to increase cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength. **Please bring a towel and water.** Tuesdays 6-7 p.m., January 10th-31st (4 weeks).
All classes in the month of January will take place in the Program Room at the TBNPLC. Participants are to enter and park via the Front Street Entrance.
