Twin Bridges Nurse Practitioner-Led Clinic presents a beginner-intermediate level group exercise to increase cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength. Exercises will include kneeling, seated on mat, supine and standing. **Required: Bring your own set of 2-3lb weights (max). Please bring a towel and water.** Tuesdays 6-7 p.m., February 7th-21st (3 weeks).
All programs will use the Front Street Entrance.
