Understanding Alzheimers and other Dementias

A public awareness and information session about Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia will be held Sat. Oct. 28 10 a.m. to noon at Dunlop Central United Church, 757 Rosedale Avenue. The event will be led by Christine Wright, education coordinator for the Alzheimer Society, and she will be available after the session to answer individual questions. Refreshments will be available. The event is free and no advance registration is required.
