JNAAG Random Acts of Art Workshops: RAAW Make It Big

The Judith & Norman Alix Art Gallery is inviting teens aged 14-18 to take part in the Random Acts of Art Workshop (RAAW) program this summer.

Summer RAAW are multi-day workshops designed for teens interested in exploring art creation. Led by practicing professional artists, RAAW is the perfect balance of instruction and experimentation. No experience is necessary.

RAAW Make It Big
July 10, 11, 12, 13 & 14: 11:00 am – 3:00 pm
Prepare yourself for a larger-than-life experience. In this weeklong studio program, participants join Dave Doucette and Elise McDonald to create giant sculptures inspired by everyday small objects using reclaimed materials. Participants should bring an inspiration object or a picture of an object on the first day.

Registrations is required. To register, please visit the program and events page on the JNAAG website. FREE/Give what you can. Participants will have an independent lunch break, please bring a lunch or purchase a lunch downtown.
