Having recently completed the busiest month in the symphony’s history, Maestro Douglas Bianchi‘s International Symphony Orchestra is in the home stretch of their post-pandemic ISO65 return season with upcoming concert series in March & April to close out a milestone season.
The March concert series ISO250 series gets underway Saturday March 25th at 7:30 p.m. at Sarnia’s Great Lakes Auditorium.
The Saturday concert will be livestreamed, which is available for purchase on the ISO website. The ISO65 concert series is made possible by support from Lola’s Lounge and the Charles & Margaret Anderson Trust.

Then in April the ISO will conclude their comeback season with the V&V concerts Friday April 28th at Great Lakes and Saturday April 29th at McMorran, with two showstopping works: the Tchaikovsky 4th Symphony and the Mozart Sinfonia Concertante, featuring the violin & viola brother-sister team John & Sarah Wiebe. The V&V series is made possible by support from Pollock Randall Funeral Homes and Able Movers.
Maestro Bianchi is upbeat about the growth the orchestra has experienced this season. “The last two concerts will wrap up a season of significant changes for us. And for me, the best part of evolving the ISO is the opportunity to bring even more challenging and unforgettable programs to our Can-Am communities next season.”
