Climate Action Sarnia-Lambton – Human Powered Movement: Fighting Climate Change Through Active Transportation

April 18 @ 7:00 pm

Free

Climate Action Sarnia- Lambton members are excited to welcome Tristan Bassett to share the vision and goals of nuSarnia which is a community organization, made up of active, dedicated and passionate residents, committed to making Sarnia a healthier, more active and socially connected place to live while helping to reduce the city’s carbon emissions.

NuSarnia recognizes that the most significant way we can achieve these goals is to advocate for walkable, liveable neighbourhoods.
NuSarnia aims to spread awareness and education as to how “human powered movement” such as walking and cycling can help to address a range of social and environmental challenges, and create a vibrant, lively city where people are excited to live, work, play and learn.
