Annual Mariners’ Service 2023

The Annual Mariners’ Service at historic St. Paul’s Anglican Church, Point Edward will be held this year on Sunday, March 5, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. The inter-faith service is held each year before the beginning of the navigation season on the Great Lakes. We are happy to be holding an in-person service again after a two year pause due to COVID19.
On display in St. Paul’s Heritage Room are numerous items and artifacts associated with marine history on the Great Lakes. The Heritage Room will be open for viewing during a social hour and refreshments after the Service. Also housed in the Church are the retired colours of the Canadian Coast Guard Auxiliary
The guest speaker at the service is Lieutenant Commander Rodney J. R. Turcotte, CD, OMC, BA.
