Sarnia has temporarily relocated the entrance to the city’s compost site.

The access gate to enter the compost site is now at the corner of LPG Terminal and St. Andrew street, the city said on their Facebook page last week.

Ongoing road construction on St. Andrew Street has moved further east, preventing access to the main entrance, they said.

City staff said construction on St. Andrew Street, which connects with Vidal Street, is behind schedule and is not expected to be completed until mid-October.

Signage is in place and the site is still accessible via Scott Road.
