An entrepreneurial student group from Lambton College won two national titles at a national exposition in Toronto recently.
The Enactus team claimed the TD Entrepreneurship Challenge award for an agricultural project benefiting two Zambian villages.
It also won the Capital One Financial Education Challenge award for a financial aid program helping women reduce their personal debt.
The Lambton team was runner-up in a third category.
The three-day event drew more than 1,200 delegates, including Canada’s brightest university and college students, academic professionals and top CEOs.
