Sarnia has hired David Jackson as its director of engineering.
Jackson has been with the city since July of 2017 in the role of development, transportation and transit manager.
In the new position, which he began last week, he is overseeing the engineering, transit and public works divisions.
Jackson is a professional engineer and certified professional project manager who worked in St. Thomas and London before moving to Sarnia.
