Residents are invited to nominate their local physicians for the Patients Choice Awards, sponsored by Bluewater Health, Patients Canada and the Ontario Medical Association. The awards, which recognize physicians for providing great patient care, are open to all family physicians and specialists in Sarnia-Lambton.
To submit a nomination, patients are asked to write a brief story highlighting an exceptional experience with their physician online at secure.patientscanada.ca/sarnia2018 or mail to Patients Canada, 65 Queen Street West, Suite 2010, PO #68, Toronto, ON, M5H 2M5. Deadline is Sept. 14 and winners will be announced Sept. 27.
