Bradley supporters hold another rally

Published on

A group of about 20 people convened at the Curly Q Salon on Wellington Street to rally in support of Mayor Mike Bradley on Nov. 1.

They were showing their support for the 28-year mayor following two separate investigations that found Bradley had harassed and bullied senior city staff.

As a result, Sarnia city council has voted in favour of sanctions against the mayor, including temporarily relocating the mayor’s office out of city hall.

“In all my years in the public with different jobs, we’ve all been harassed or bullied,” said rally organizer and salon owner Marie Timperley.

“He didn’t commit a murder, he didn’t rape anybody, this is going a little bit too far.”
