Two pile drivers pound away west of Highway 40 near Rokeby Line last week, laying the groundwork for a $2.2-billion investment at Nova Chemicals' Corunna Site. Nova is expanding the existing plant to produce more ethylene feedstock for a new plant next door. The new plant will produce polyethylene, the world's most common plastic, using a patented technology Nova has developed locally over the past two decades. Glenn Ogilvie
