Bluewater Health has added six new doctors, including a psychiatrist to increase mental health supports for children.
Dr. Obioma Ozumba most recently worked in Fredericton, New Brunswick where he practiced child, adolescent and general adult psychiatry.
Dr. Adeola Adesanya and Dr. Mark Mousseau are both hospitalists who will focus on the general medical care of hospitalized patients.
Dr. Laura Allen is an obstetrician and gynecologist who did her residency at Western University and said she chose Sarnia because of its size, location and hospital.
Dr. Chinyere Iwuala, one of three Nigerian-trained recruits joining the professional staff, completed her residency in Internal Medicine at Dalhousie University.
And Dr. Dhiraj Dhanjani is a urologist who did his degree, residency and clinical fellowship in endourology and advanced laparoscopy at the University of Toronto.
