Melting ice floes slide past Sarnia Harbour on the St. Clair River as another season of Great Lakes shipping kicks into high gear.
With the Welland Canal and Sault locks open and the last of the Harbour’s overwintering ships leaving or preparing to, the low rumbling note of freighter engines has once again joined the city soundscape.
