Alexander Mackenzie Secondary School is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year with an alumni barbecue.
The June 1 event will be a chance for former students and teachers to get together and reminisce about the Michigan Avenue school’s first half century.
The focal point will be the courtyard, with a luncheon barbecue and socializing from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Visitors can also check out hallway displays of photos and memorability.
