Sarnia’s Adam Graham won the Sarnia Golf & Curling Club’s Annual Men’s Men’s Invitational Golf Tournament held over the weekend, edging out eight-time champion and fellow Sarnian Graham Hill.

“After scattered showers and overcast on day one, day two provided us a perfect beautiful day for golf,” the club stated in a news release.

“After first round scores of 70, Adam Graham and Graham Hill followed-up with incredible rounds of 67 to finish tied for the lead at 7-under par 137,” the club added. “In a playoff, Adam Graham made birdie on the third playoff hole to claim the victory from eight-time champion Graham Hill.”

The two-day event featured an impressive field of 129 players from across Ontario and Michigan, including past champions Steve Brown, John Thrasher, Gerard McAnulty, and defending champion, Graham Hill.

Other notables included Pete McMenemy, Eric Pattenaude, Cam Kellett, Andrew Dagneau, Heath McCormick, and Graeme Brunet.
