Christina Street last week is a reminder legalization hasn’t meant the end of all marijuana laws.

Sarnia Police pulled the vehicle over because it was uninsured and subsequently arrested two of the occupants for breach of a court order.

Police searched a black backpack and found 300 grams of marijuana in plastic bags with an estimated value of $3,000.

Two men, age 25, and a woman, 24, were charged with possession of cannabis for the purpose of selling.

Personal possession of up to 30 grams of marijuana became legal on Oct. 17, but it can currently only be purchased online from the Ontario government dispensary.
