St. Pat’s leads high school curling league

The St. Patrick’s boys curling team is off to a great start this season. The Fighting Irish defeated St. Francois-Xavier 6–4 shortly before Christmas, extending their undefeated season to three wins over 13 ends.

The Fighting Irish defeated St. Francois-Xavier 6–4 shortly before Christmas, extending their undefeated season to three wins over 13 ends.

Northern Collegiate was second in the league at the break, with two wins over nine ends.

The St. Pat’s girls squad was tied with North Lambton, each with six points each over 11 ends.

Boys and girls high school curling resumes the week of Jan. 7.
