Sarnia has had a rash of bicycle thefts over the past month and city police have aimed extra resources at the problem.
Members of the COPPS unit spotted a man and a woman stealing two bikes at the same time on Davis Street on Aug. 21. Both were arrested.
The same evening a man in his 40s was also nabbed stealing a bike on Devine Street. He was caught trying to flee.
