Bowlers from Marcin Bowl in Point Edward had a strong showing at the provincial finals of the Youth Bowl Canada Championships.
In the Senior Boys division, Matthew Boyce had a third place finish after rolling a five-game total of 1,244 at the provincials, which were held in Ottawa.
In the Junior Girls division, Christal Riley had a fifth place finish, and in Junior Boys division, Graeme McGillivray placed ninth.
Marcin Bowl also finished with a strong second-place finish among 23 teams competing in the Bantam Boys doubles finals held March 4 in Hamilton, Ont.
In senior girls doubles, Marcin was eighth among 24 teams.
