It is with deeply saddened hearts that the family of Harold James McLeod announces his passing on Monday, April 29, 2024, at Bluewater Health with his loving wife and companion of 50 years Debbie by his side. Loving father of Scott (Lisa) Stoops and Robyn (Delonna) Stoops. Cherished grandfather of Brandon, Jacob (Brianne) and Cassandra. Predeceased by his parents Ted and Doris McLeod, sisters Diane McLeod and Connie Lopatin, and brothers Stuart McLeod and Ted McLeod.
Harold enjoyed playing guitar and spending time outdoors golfing, boating and travelling. He and Debbie loved spending time at their home-away-from-home, The Suburban Hotel, in Fort Myers, Florida, for the past 10 years. Harold will be deeply missed by all those whose lives he touched.
Cremation has taken place. A celebration of Harold’s life will be announced at a later date. Sympathy may be expressed through donations to the Sarnia & District Humane Society (cheques only at the funeral home please).
